At SKILLS, we are committed to fostering a workplace that is safe, inclusive, and supportive for everyone.

To ensure this commitment, we have introduced an anonymous workplace reporting hotline. This resource, managed by Syntrio, a third-party, is designed to provide an anonymous and accessible way for you to report concerns about harassment, discrimination, business ethics or other behavior that doesn’t align with our company values.

Anyone who believes they have experienced or observed these behaviors are expected and encouraged to report their concerns.

Regular business matters that do not require anonymity should be directed to the program supervisor or the HR department and should not be submitted using this service.
