| Residential Team Leader Area: Hartland Avenue Transition Home | 40 hour position working in a home with 1-2 residents. Candidate must be highly motivated, well organized with excellent communication skills. The team leader also works direct care with the residents. This position requires flexible hours to meet the needs of the residents, staff, and the home. Working at least 1 alternate shift monthly is mandatory. Benefit package available.
